We provide a detailed checklist before the shoot. Generally, you'll need to gather photos, memorabilia, and any personal items you'd like featured in the film. We also recommend thinking about key moments or stories you’d like to share. We will prompt your loved one with questions during the interview to help guide the process along.

Yes! We encourage family and friends to participate, whether through interviews, sharing stories, or simply being part of the scenes. The more personal and meaningful the film, the better!

Yes, we can film in multiple locations with our Silver and Gold packages, such as your home, favorite spots, or places of personal significance. If your shoot involves travel, we’ll provide a custom quote based on the location.

Yes. To reserve your date and begin the process of creating your Life Story Film, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot on our calendar and allows us to begin the pre-production planning for your film.

The deposit is due once you’ve selected your package and confirmed your booking details. We’ll provide an invoice and payment instructions, and once the deposit is received, your shoot date will be officially secured.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final film or before delivery of your final video.

No problem! We offer a consultation where we can discuss your vision, preferences, and budget to recommend the best package for you. You can also create a custom package if none of our pre-designed options fit your needs.

Absolutely! We can incorporate old photos, home videos, and even create custom animations or graphics to enhance the storytelling. Just let us know what you’d like to include, and we’ll make it happen. We also can make custom slide shows for family events (anniversaries, weddings, funerals, family reunions, etc). Here is our pricing.

Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the base price for locations outside our local area. We’ll provide a customized quote based on the location of your shoot.

Depending on the complexity of your film, the turnaround time typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks after the shoot. We will keep you updated throughout the process and allow time for the allotted revisions included in your package.

Yes! We offer 2-3 rounds of revisions, depending on the package you choose. This gives you the opportunity to suggest changes to ensure the final product is exactly what you envisioned. Anything beyond the 3 revisions is an hourly rate of $50 an hour for additional edits.

Yes, all our packages include digital copies of the final film. We can send you a digital download link or usb thumb drive.

Yes, you can order additional USB flash drives of the final film for $20 per USB Flash Drive. This a great gift for family members!

• We require a 14-day notice for cancellations. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, we’ll be happy to assist you and discuss any applicable refunds or credits, depending on the stage of production.
